Conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates' technical expertise, work history, and cultural fit within the company.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Conduct reference checks and employment verifications to validate candidates' qualifications and experience.
Provide regular updates and reports on the recruitment process, including candidate pipeline, hiring metrics, and overall progress.
Build and maintain a talent pool of qualified candidates for future job openings, proactively nurturing relationships with potential candidates.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and recruitment best practices, continuously enhancing recruitment strategies and techniques.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Proven work experience as a Recruiter.
In-depth knowledge of recruitment practices, techniques, and resources, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
