Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant position is responsible for key administrative support to team member and manager. This position includes day-to-day coordination of client activities, championing DDI processes, providing administrative support, report generation and client contact via email and telephone.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to team members and VP of Healthcare Practice
Interface with other departments/regions
Create and maintain reports, presentations (PowerPoint)
Complete and process client contracts
Communicate effectively and respond timely to internal/external client inquires
Keep track of sales team schedules and activities
Assist with travel and meeting arrangements
Monthly Financial Reporting and special projects
Maintain calendars for several team members
Coordinate meeting arrangements for team calls and meetings
Complete expenses and timesheets for several team members
Work with others to identify and solve problems and search for ways to improve services or processes
Other duties and special projects as assigned
Relevant Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Office 2010 (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Strong client service orientation (internal and external)
Strong interpersonal skills (face to face and phone)
Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks/priorities independently
Exhibit high initiative and energy; sense of urgency
High attention to detail and quality
Excellent grammar, spelling, and proofreading skills
Have strong fact-finding skills and be able to size up the situation and act on it
Able to organize work load; establish priorities; plan
Possess strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Ability to work in a team environment.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
