Job Title: -- Project Sales Engineer
Job Summary: -- EMCOR Services Scalise Industries is looking or an ambitious Project Sales Engineer to profitably increase sales volume and business growth.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Must be able to bring in Private sales customers while assisting in maintaining current customer base for company.
Develop and maintain new leads and prospects, maintain current client relationships.
Take leads from initial site visit through design, estimate, proposal, project management and closeout documents.
Capable of managing multiple projects.
Assist in preparing and selling Mechanical/Energy opportunities from the energy team.
Pursue the private sector as it pertains to replacement installations and potential service contracts.
Assist Service group Sales Team when needed.
Aggressively market all services offered by Scalise Industries.
Assist in all sales & safety activities when needed as a team player.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 years of experience in the Mechanical Contracting field.
Professional Engineer License a plus, not necessary depending on experience level.
AutoCad/Revit, Trane Tracer experience a must.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
