Career Opportunities: Data Processing Technician (58068)

Job Summary

The data processing/reporting technician works closely with and supports the data processing team to ensure that the correct reports are generated accurately. Communicates with the entire project to keep the process running smoothly. Provides initial QA/QC of reports as well as final delivery once final approval has been given.

Essential Job Functions and Duties

  • Will work closely with data processing team to provide support.
  • Will work with clients on a daily basis, providing schedule updates, answering questions and discussing project-specific requirements.
  • Will keep track of reporting timelines of all projects to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Will perform first-level QA/QC of processed reports and provide feedback if necessary.
  • Will finalize reports and get ready for delivery to client.
  • Will deliver reports to client after final approval.

Required Competencies

  • Must possess good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be well versed in Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Must work well in a team setting.
  • Must possess excellent organizational skills

Required Education and Experience

Qualifications include:

  • 3 - 5 Years experience working with reporting
  • Associates degree preferred

Work Authorizations / Security Clearance / Additional Eligibility Requirements

  • Post Offer Background check and drug screening required

Working Conditions / Work Schedule / Travel

  • 8AM 5PM Monday Friday

Physical Requirements

  • Office Environment - ability to use computers and office equipment, light lifting and other physical requirements necessary to perform essential job functions.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
